Merry Christmas, Spraground friends! I hope you are all enjoying a delightful day with friends and family. We are so thankful for you and for your support here at Jessica Sprague.com. Each and every one of you is so special and so loved here. It is because of you that we have the most rockin' community there is (who says I am a little biased? It's true!). We love you so much, that we want to leave you with one more great gift on this festive Christmas Day. Kari Holt has spent many precious hours to design this awesome calendar kit just for you. It comes in png format and also a fully layered PSD file. I am a big fan of this calendar. What makes it so cool and different from your average calendar? Each day of the week in the PSD file has a clipping mask. This makes it easy to add pictures, embellies, or cute patterned paper to the various days of the week. Awesome!
Make sure you unwrap your gift now. It will only be available for FREE until December 31st. Oh, and just as a little side note, make sure you have this kit on hand for a super fun project we will be featuring on Tuesday. ;) Thanks, Kari! And thank you for being a part of our community. I noticed in your comment that you were having problems with opening the files in the Christmas gift. Do you happen to use a PC running Vista? I know several Vista users have had problems opening my files since I design on a Mac. I'm trying a new zip utility that is supposed to be more "vista friendly" with Mac. If you let me know your e-mail address I would be happy to send you a new zip file to see if we can get it to work for you!! Hi Kari, great calendar! I emailed you to let you know that I also have a problem with the folder that is "Complete Template PNGs"---the files did not come through right. I am on a Mac and have never had this problem at all before....But no rush, just fyi...after all, it's Christmas! Just popped in to check my fav site. =)

Like Michelle, I have a problem getting the individual PNG files. I am on a MAC, so there is a pattern. Thanks for the great freebie and enjoy the holidays everyone.

Thanks so much for the great calendar template. As a few others have mentioned, I am also having problems with some of the files in the "Complete Template PNG" folder. I can open up 4 files in that folder - May, June and July dates and the grid background. I am on a PC and I use XP.

I don't know if this will help anyone else, but my hubby (who uses both PCs and MACs) told me to just rename the problem files in the "Complete Template PNG" folder and add ".PNG" to the end of the file names. It worked for me. Now I can use all the files! This is one of the coolest gifts I've ever received. I hate making calendars, but I use them all the time.

Thanks so much, Kimber ... I finally figured out that something was lost in translation when I renamed the complete template set of png files - I used a script in CS4 and it messed up the file extensions. I've got a new set of files that is properly named if anyone would like me to send them (so you don't have to do the work
) For those that use Photoshop you don't really need that full set since each of those layers is a part of the psd file, but I wanted to include them for those who may not be using Photoshop or Elements *gasp* Feel free to e-mail me at ikaridesigns (at) gmail (dot) com if you are still having problems ... hope you all enjoy the template!40

I missed the calendar too. Can it be purchased, hopefully at the 20% off price? The Holiday's were too hectic for me to keep up, plus I was out of town a lot of the time.

I missed the calendar too. I just now am able to go in and look at some of the emails that came in the last 2 weeks. I do calendars every year and this would have been next years calendar!!! Where can I get this now?
