hi there, awesome spraground peeps!
this week's amazing challenge is led by our darling MIKI! read all about it!
THE MANY PARTS OF A PHOTO (PART + PART = WHOLE)
Hi there! Our challenge this week is inspired by this:

When I held an information night for the parents of the students that I taught in first grade, I always concluded the session by reading the story "Seven Blind Mice" by Ed Young. When the last page was read, I would pause and let the parents reflect on the moral of the story: "Knowing in part may make a fine tale, but wisdom comes from seeing the whole." I let parents know that although their child's education may come in parts (math, reading, science, social studies, etc.), their knowledge comes from seeing the whole and how all these parts integrate in their lives.
So let's look at the parts and see how they add up to the whole. Use one photo (only one photo) and show the many parts of it. Then showcase the whole photo somewhere in your layout. Each of the blind mice in the story were different colors: red, green, yellow, purple, orange, blue, white (yes, white is a color in this case!). You can use all 7 of these colors or a combination, or just one color in your layout. It's your choice. You also may choose to add journaling or just go with a title.
Oh, and did I mention you can also use this multi-photo template that I made for you (only if you want to). Here's what it looks like:

And you can download it HERE
In a nutshell, here are our challenge requirements this week:
1. Use only one photo.
2. Show the many parts of your photo in your layout. You can use my template if you desire.
3. Showcase your whole photo somewhere in your layout.
4. Choose up to 7 colors (white included) or use a combination of listed colors or just one color.
5. Include journaling or just a title.
6. Upload your challenge layout to our Challenge Gallery and then come back here and post on this thread to let us know you've completed the challenge!
And if you really are inspired, read "Seven Blind Mice." It's a wonderful story with so much insight!
Have fun,
Miki
